Solution: Download the latest version of Java plugin from here |

| 2) | Issue : Cannot listen to IndiaHitz Radio due to plugin not installed. |
Solution: Download the Windows Media Player Plugin based in your internet browser. ( Commonly For Firefox users ) |

| 3) | Issue : Radio buffers during playback. |
Solution: Do inform the Deejay incharge and follow the instructions given. |

| 4) | Issue : How do i listen to radio? |
Solution: You should be able to listen to radio while on this page or any section of Cruzer IRC Gateway site, as the radio will automatically run once you enter the site. You may check the "IndiaHitz Online Radio" column on your sidebar, if the playback is stopped, press play or refresh the page. Alternatively you can even listen our Online Radio from www.indiahitz.net or simply enter "http://radio.indiahitz.net:8384" on your windows media player or winamp player. |

| 5) | How do i change my nick while on chatroom? |
Solution: Type /nick "urnewnickname" or if you are using Java Chat client from this site, simply type your newnickname in the box on your left bottom corner of the chat client. For detailed information, please refer IRC Commands. |
